Bailey L. Noffsinger

Bailey joined Floyd, Pflueger, Kearns, Nedderman & Gress in April of 2026. Her practice focuses primarily on medical malpractice defense, schools & teacher liability, and general civil litigation defense.

Bailey graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where she was an Inns of Court advisor and was accepted into and attended the Oxford University Law Programme. Earlier, she graduated from Colorado Christian University, Magna Cum Laude, with Bachelors of Art degrees in both Political Science and Communications. Prior to law school, she had a diverse career in law and policy including administrative support for various firms, legislative assistant roles for both the Colorado Senate and the House of Commons in London, and roles working for international justice organizations in Cape Town, South Africa and Washington, D.C.

Bailey was born in Seattle, but moved domestically and abroad before relocating back to the PNW in 2023. She is an avid fan of Seattle sports teams, most notably the Seahawks, the Torrent, and the Mariners. Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with family.
