Danielle focuses on representing corporations, schools, and government entities in all aspects of employment litigation. She has tried cases to jury verdicts in state and federal court, represented clients in mediations and arbitrations, and obtained dismissals on summary judgment in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, disability accommodation, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Danielle advises employers on compliance with state and federal laws as well as best policies and practices. She also conducts independent workplace investigations. Danielle has an advanced certification in Employee Relations and Investigations from Cornell University and is an ATIXA certified Title IX investigator at both K-12 and University levels.
In addition to employment litigation, Danielle has a record of success representing clients in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle worked as a criminal defense attorney and served as a Law Clerk in the Office of Staff Counsel at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Danielle graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University School of Law in 2012, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Lehigh University in 2005.
When not at work Danielle enjoys traveling, having been to thirty-seven countries, as well as cooking, photography, yoga, and spending time with her dog, Seamus.
