Madison D. Kelly

Madison D. Kelly joined Floyd, Pflueger, Kearns, Nedderman & Gress, P.S. in November 2023. Her practice focuses on general civil litigation defense, and she is passionate about defending civil rights. She is licensed to practice in the State of Washington and is a Tribal Bar member for the Tulalip Tribes.

Madison graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, Washington, where she focused on litigation and experiential courses. She spent her summers interning at an environmental defense firm and a personal injury firm. During her legal education, Madison volunteered for the Muckleshoot Tribe as a member of the UW Tribal Court Clinic. In this role, she represented Muckleshoot families in dependency and guardianship proceedings and was instrumental in defending Tribal children’s rights. She also served as the Vice President of Events for the Women’s Law Caucus, mentoring first-and second-year law students, and was crowned the Moot Court Honor Board Champion and Best Speaker for the 2022 Negotiation Competition.

Originally from Kent, Washington and now residing in Seattle, Madison is a native Washingtonian. She temporarily escaped the rain for Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Business Administration, with a concentration in Organization and Innovation Management, dual certificates in Entrepreneurship and International Business, and a minor in Ethnic Studies. She spent a semester abroad in Florence, Italy, and graduated top of her class in three and a half years.

In her free time, Madison enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, traveling, puzzling, baking tasty treats, and spending time with friends, families, and their fluffy four-legged companions.
