Jack T. Bishop

Jack Bishop joined Floyd, Pflueger, Kearns, Nedderman & Gress as an Associate Attorney in August 2026.  With a proven track record of representing diverse clients, Jack’s practice encompasses personal injury, professional liability, employment law, construction defects, and other areas of litigation.

Jack brings multifaceted litigation experience to the firm, including obtaining a recent defense verdict in a six-week construction defect/design trial. He He  has participated in numerous jury trials, won summary judgment dismissals, and favorably resolved cases in the pre-litigation and mediation stages. Prior to joining the firm, Jack worked at a regional law firm focused on legal malpractice defense and also worked in the insurance coverage field.

Jack earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law, where he was an active participant in legal clinics and held an editorial position on the Washington Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Society, Justice, and Political Science from the University of Washington, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List multiple times.

Jack is a Seattle native who enjoys watching the Mariners, reading historical nonfiction, and spending time with his family and cats.
