Sarah A. Tatistcheff

Sarah A. Tatistcheff joined Floyd, Pflueger, Kearns, Nedderman & Gress, P.S. as Of Counsel in May 2026.  Sarah’s practice focuses on general civil litigation defense, representing corporations, schools, and government entities in all aspects of litigation.  She is licensed to practice in Washington, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah practiced general civil litigation at a defense firm in Seattle for four years, focusing on representing schools, non-profit entities, religious organizations, government entities, and small businesses.  Sarah also served as a public defender for six years in Washington prior to joining private practice, trying dozens of criminal cases to jury verdict with success.  Sarah graduated from University of Washington School of Law in 2016, and received her Bachelor of Science with Honors from Boise State University in 2012.

Sarah grew up in Boise, ID and now resides in the Seattle area.  When not at work Sarah enjoys traveling, board games, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
