Paige V. Gagliardi joined Floyd, Pflueger, Kearns, Nedderman & Gress, P.S. as an Associate Attorney in May 2024. Her practice focuses on general litigation and insurance defense.
With a diverse legal resume, Ms. Gagliardi draws upon her work prior to joining Floyd | Pflueger at the Skagit County Prosecutor’s Office, Media Law Group Inc., and as part of University of Washington CoMotion’s legal team. As an associate at Tomlinson Bomsztyk Russ, Ms. Gagliardi handled numerous complex litigation and appellate matters in a variety of subject areas. She is admitted to practice in the Eastern District Court of Washington
Ms. Gagliardi graduated early from SUNY University at Buffalo summa cum laude in 2018 with a B.A. in History. During her time at UB, she achieved numerous academic honors, including but not limited to, admission to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Alpha Theta, membership to the University Honors College, Dean’s List all five semesters, and was a Fulbright UK Partnership Award Semi-Finalist. In 2022, Ms. Gagliardi received her Juris Doctorate, with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law, from the University of Washington School of Law. An active participant in extracurriculars during her time in law school, notably, Ms. Gagliardi was a Graduate & Professional Student Senate’s Equity & Accountability Committee Chairperson as well as an Articles Editor for the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts. Her article TikTok the Musical: Copyright Issues Raised by the “Ratatouille” Musical was published in the Spring 2022 issue of the Washington Journal Of Law, Technology & Arts and was subsequently featured by the LinkedIn News Team.
Originally from upstate New York, Ms. Gagliardi now resides in Seattle. When outside the office, Ms. Gagliardi enjoys exploring, and photographing, the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and enjoys as well reading, traveling, and scouring the beaches for sea glass.
